NeDeNa - Dein Netzwerk
Rebranding & Digital Platform for Entrepreneur Network
01
Introduction
In the context of growing networks, the strategic development of brand identity and digital infrastructure is crucial for reaching new target groups and scaling existing structures. Integrated platform solutions, in particular, enable the efficient organization of members, content, and communication processes.
02
Project overview
A comprehensive rebranding, including a logo redesign and the development of a premium sub-brand, was implemented for a German-speaking business network in Spain.
Simultaneously, a bilingual website (German/English) was created with integrated member management, event management, a job portal, and a member login for premium users. Automated email processes, launch materials for the 10th anniversary, and system maintenance training were also implemented.
The goal was to expand the target audience beyond "young professionals" and to build a scalable platform structure.

03
Challenge
The central challenge was repositioning the brand to appeal to a broader target group while simultaneously differentiating premium offerings. Furthermore, a complex platform with various functions and user roles had to be developed that is intuitive to use and can be maintained independently in the long term.

04
Solution approach
The approach was based on an integrated brand and platform strategy with a focus on scalability and target audience expansion.
Key elements included:
Rebranding to appeal to a diversified target group
Development of a clearly differentiated premium sub-brand
Development of an integrated system with member login and role structure
Automation of communication processes (email flows)
Implementation of self-service structures for independent care

05
Implementation
The implementation took place along several interconnected levels:
1. Brand Development & Rebranding
Logo revision
Development of a premium sub-brand with clear differentiation
Adapting the visual identity to a broader target audience
2. Website & System Architecture
Concept and development of a bilingual website (German/English)
Implementation of member management, event management and job portal
Setting up a member login for premium users
UX-optimized user guidance for different target groups
3. Automation & Communication
Setting up automated email processes (e.g., registration, events, updates)
Structuring communication along the lines of user interaction
4. Launch & Enablement
Creation of launch materials for the 10th anniversary
Training for independent system maintenance
Implementation of self-service functions

06
Result
The combination of rebranding and integrated platform development enabled the creation of a scalable and cross-target group structure.
This leads to:
Expanding the target group beyond young professionals
Clear differentiation of premium memberships
More efficient management of members, events, and content
Reduced manual processes through automation
Increased independence through internal system maintenance
07
Conclusion
The strategic development of networks requires a close integration of brand positioning and digital infrastructure. Clear target group expansion, premium differentiation, and integrated systems ensure sustainable growth and efficient organization.
