IBERIA SPORTS ENDURANCE
Branding, Website and ERP System from a single Source, with Processes automated for the DACH Market
01
Introduction
FIERY+GLINT bundled brand identity, website and process automation for IBERIA SPORTS ENDURANCE into one continuous digital foundation. When entering the DACH market, branding, website and ERP system have to work together so that training trips can be marketed to clubs and associations in a scalable and targeted way.
02
Project overview
For the Spanish sports travel operator IBERIA SPORTS CAMPS, we developed the sub-brand IBERIA SPORTS ENDURANCE, with brand identity and positioning for training trips in endurance sports. In parallel, we built a German-language website with a sports-based structure and booking process, and gradually set up an ERP system for quote calculation, sales pipeline and project management. Automated email processes and print materials were added. The goal was to open up the DACH market for clubs and associations and to build a scalable digital structure.

03
Challenge
A new sub-brand had to appeal to clubs and associations in the DACH market and set itself clearly apart from competitors. The operator also needed an ERP system that connects calculation, sales and project management, is intuitive to use and can be extended step by step.

04
Solution approach
We developed an integrated brand and system strategy focused on scalability and market access in the DACH region.
Key Elements:
- Brand development to appeal to clubs and associations
- A website clearly structured by sport
- An integrated ERP system with quote calculation and sales pipeline
- Automated email processes
- Step-by-step extension of system functions according to actual need

05
Implementation
The Project ran on four connected levels:
1. Brand Development and Positioning
- Sub-brand with its own claim
- Visual identity for clubs and associations
- Brand guidelines (CI guide)
2. Website and System Architecture
- German-language website organised by sport
- Booking process, FAQ and contact area
- ERP system for quote calculation and sales pipeline
- User guidance for club officials
3. Process Automation and Communication
- Automated email processes, for example for enquiry, quote and newsletter
- Communication along the customer journey
4. Launch and Legal Texts
- Legal texts and email templates prepared with GDPR in mind
- Print materials such as flyers and roll-up banners
- Step-by-step extension of the ERP system as needed

06
Result
Brand Development and integrated system architecture create a scalable structure for the DACH region:
- Targeted approach to clubs and associations
- Clear positioning across the four sports
- More efficient handling of enquiries and quotes
- Fewer manual processes through automation
- Scalability through step-by-step system extension
07
Conclusion
Entering the DACH market takes brand positioning and digital infrastructure built as one. Clear audience targeting, a structured presentation of sports and an integrated ERP system support sustainable growth and efficient organisation of enquiries and projects.
